Office of Research announces another study well underway.

Avery M. Jackson III, M.D., is one of 100 people from ten different sites taking part in this study. Dr. Jackson serves as principal investigator of this observational study, a prospective, multi-centered clinical evaluation of the Eon Mini 16-Channel Implantable Pulse Generator (IPG) in combination with paddle lead(s) for the management of chronic pain of the trunk and/or limbs.

Since the inception of the study, ten candidates have been enrolled and just recently, the sponsor, St. Jude Neuromodulation Division has approved another ten patients for the study.
